Robin Williams We've lost a great one..

Image not mine
On August, 11th  2014,    We have lost a important figure in many of our lives.
Robin Williams, Died at 63 due to unfortunate circumstances.
Many of us remember him from the great acting he would perform in his movies.
My personal favourite is Ms. Doubtfire.
I have watched others as well but that was the "One" I loved the most.
I laughed, I cried, His humour was none like any other, A great comedian with a heart of gold.

From reports I have read on-line, they say that Robin was depressed, going through hard times.
We will never fully grasp the logic and reason in his sudden actions, but that's just it, Its sudden acting.
I doubt he was thinking to himself should I? or shouldn't I?
The thoughts of harm may have never even crossed his mind till that very moment,
and yet again, they may have been there eating away is very logic and reasoning.
Here is some paragraphs from another blog I've read about what goes through the mind of the victim, yes I said victim because that is what they are.

Suicide often not preceded by warnings

(this article/ information is not my own, it belongs to Patrick J. SkerrettExecutive Editor, Harvard Health.)

Sadly, that’s not uncommon. “Many people who commit suicide do so without letting on they are thinking about it or planning it,” says Dr. Michael Miller, assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
And,
Although some people who commit suicide have an identifiable mental health problem, like depression or addiction, others don’t. Some talk about wanting or planning to kill themselves or give other hints, others don’t. As my colleague Annmarie Dadoly wrote in this blog last year, many suicides are impulsive acts, with the decision to do it being made just minutes or hours before that act.
Every suicide, like every person, is different. Many are sparked by intense feelings of anger, despair, hopelessness, or panic. Things that can put an individual at a higher risk for suicide in the short term include:
  • an episode of depression, psychosis, or anxiety
  • a significant loss, such as the death of a partner or the loss of a job
  • a personal crisis or life stress, especially one that increases a sense of isolation or leads to a loss of self-esteem, such as a breakup or divorce
  • loss of social support, for example, because of a move or when a close friend relocates
  • an illness or medication that triggers a change in mood
  • exposure to the suicidal behaviors of others, such as friends, peers, or celebrities.

So as you can see, Its a impulsive reaction to the moment and nothing more.
A quick second here just to thank the writer of the previous paragraphs,
for this great information on his understanding regarding these situations,
and I hope you do not mind me using it :).
And if anyone wishes to read the full version of this here is the link..

You probably are wondering why I'm going on about all this ha ha.
The reason I am Is because this is alot of what I want to write about.
Not for the pleasure of it, I want to help others understand the sorrows of some hearts...no every ones hearts.
We all go through a problem or many problems in life, some can handle it and some cannot.
Some of us need help in order to break free from the pains we go through in life.
whether you are the one with problems or a family member or friend who knows someone in that situation, even if you know someone who has also met a sad fate.
This blog, this information I'm sharing now with you, I hope can help you the way it helps me.
Yes, not only do I suffer from mental illness and everyday I struggle,
I also know of others who are fighting a similar battle with in them selves.
To be fully honest,
Doing this blog that I have only just started has already helped me.
why?
I'm not fully sure but its like knowing I'm not alone and I can be useful to another somewhere, It creates this good feeling inside that I have a very hard time getting.
It makes me happy.

Well... This is a post about Robin Williams but I seemed to started on one of my long stories ha ha.
So.. lets get back to the main thing here,
We will miss you Robin Williams, and we may not understand why, but we don't hate you for it either, well I don't at least.
We will always remember you for the man who carried laughter and sweet moments where you made us cry, in a good way :).
Rest in peace and we love you.

Thanks so much for reading my posts and I hope you will come visit again.

Thank you..

From Miss Lynn to you...  See you in the next one.
